• 5+ days per week of PT, OT and SLP services to meet your changing caseload needs.
  Evaluations completed within 24-48 hours. In larger programs, it can be completed same day.
• Screenings conducted whenever nursing recommends a patient to therapy.
• An onsite Rehab Coordinator who serves as your facility liaison for any issues, represents the rehab team at meetings, and for SNFs, works closely with your MDS coordinator to ensure that you earn the appropriate rehab RUGs.
• A complete, up-to-date set of clinical forms, manuals, training, and procedures that incorporates recent regulatory changes and best practices gleaned from hundreds of programs.
• Denial support to appeal any denials, and indemnification if the appeals fail.
• Regular quality assurance reviews to ensure quality patient care and documentation.
• Assistance with value-added programs and services such as restorative, walk-to-dine, marketing, etc.
• Comprehensive, accurate billing packages in a format and timeframe that allow your staff to efficiently complete your billing.
• A partner with deep industry expertise with whom you can always discuss ideas and get help expanding your rehab program, such as introducing home health, outpatient therapy, or a sub-acute wing.
