“I have worked for SYNERTX for one year this May. I find that it is a people based company in which the executives meet with staff on a friendly one on one basis and that they genuinely appear interested, personally, in their staff of therapists. 

There are many large companies in the health care field providing health care services. The benefits are the same pretty much, and the pay similar. So what makes a company different?  I feel it is the personal involvement with corporate headquarters with the staff. 

While I worked at Kaizer, our department had daily conversations with corporate on local problem solving issues and program development issues. Ours was the first trial facility for the use of the computer in all areas of patient documentation and billing.  

I also feel that I can trust SYNERTX on, not only the professional level but also the financial level, that is whatever they promised me they carried out, this makes staff feel good.
