We've assembled a great team with both clinical and business backgrounds.

Clearly, the clinical operations of a rehab company need to be led by a therapist, and at SYNERTX, they are. But what makes us so different is the team of non-clinicians that has contributed to the way we operate.

As an example of this, we have centralized our billing, recruiting and staffing at our corporate office, allowing our therapists in the field to focus on what they do best: patient care.

We have also tapped e-business expertise to acquire Rehabcareer.com, a large job site used by nearly all our competitors. We did this just to enhance our recruiting presence. Now our clients' jobs always appear first, ahead of the competition, and we have our pick of resumes.

Additionally, we give all of our medium and large programs internet-enabled clinical documentation and billing software. This technology, available to therapists at desktop computers, netbooks, and on Apple iPod Touch devices, provides real-time clinical support, prompts Medicare-compliant language, and integrates charting, timekeeping, and billing. These advancements save our therapists time, improve the quality of clinical documentation, and reduce the chance of denials. The result - more efficient operations for us and better financial results for our clients.
