of the most appealing full-time pay and benefits programs in the industry.
- Competitive base compensation.
- 90% paid medical, dental and life insurance premiums, 20% paid
for dependents
- Flexible benefits account (up to $2,500 for health care and up
to $5,000 for dependent care)
- 401K retirement plan with 100% company match up to 3% of your gross
salary, 50% match for the next 2%, and immediate vesting. So if you
contribute 5%, we’ll add 4%!
- Flexible paid time off! 120 hours of vacation your first year – increasing
20 hours every year thereafter! And you are always welcome to take
these hours as cash!
- Unique annual productivity cash bonus of up to $6,000 paid in January
every year. Our reasonable productivity goals ensure that our therapists
are rewarded for simply doing their jobs!! *Note: This may
vary by facility*
- $500 annual continuing education and licensure reimbursement allowance
6-week sabbatical for therapists who have worked with us 10 years,
20 years, etc.
