Full-Time Lead Physical Therapist
in Brookings, OR and Cresecnt City, CA

Take an exciting position covering caseloads at our client-facilities in Crescent City, CA and Brookings, OR! You will work alongside two experienced Full-Time PTAs, leading the PT program as the primary point of contact, working with the Rehab Coordinator to ensure smooth operations. This is an excellent career opportunity in which you can work in growing rehab programs in a beautiful area of the Northwest! Caseload building experience is preferred.

We will pay travel in between facilities and we can help you obtain an Oregon or California license if you do not have both.

In Brookings, we service a beautiful, not-for-profit skilled nursing facility that features a spacious and renovated rehab room! You will work alongside very welcoming facility staff and a stellar therapy team! This is a very rewarding work environment where patients are highly motivated for rehab!

Our Crescent City facility is nestled between the coast and gorgeous redwood forests, just thirty minutes south of Brookings. This is an independently-owned skilled nursing facility where you will work closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team to make a huge difference in the lives of the residents!
