We are hiring a Full-Time Lead OT at our client-facility in Fallon! We service a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility that recently opened a 5,000-square-foot rehab addition, featuring brand new fitness equipment and cutting edge technological resources! The facility's progressive approach to care, along with SYNERTX' technology focus, assures the continued success of this dynamic program. You will be joining a large therapy team, including a Full-Time COTA! Additionally, the staff and administrators are committed to providing the highest quality care in a compassionate and ethical setting. As Lead OT, you will be the primary point of contact for the OT department, working with your Rehab Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.
