Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant in Portales, New Mexico!

We are hiring a Full-Time PTA and Rehab Coordinator in Portales where we service a busy, 80-bed skilled nursing facility. This facility features a large and bright rehab room where you will work with a terrific therapy team and have the support of highly skilled facility staff. This is a rewarding work environment where you will see a diverse caseload and a dynamic clinical setting!

As Rehab Coordinator, you would be the liaison between SYNERTX and the facility, representing the rehab team at facility meetings, managing Med A RUGs levels, and ensuring the overall performance of the rehab program. We have internet-enabled software that integrates documentation, RUG management, and billing, and provides real-time clinical support, great report capability, and high visibility and insight into all aspects of the rehab department. This technology focus, along with our centralized billing and excellent staffing support, frees you to do what matters most - patient care! While SNF experience is preferred for Rehab Coordinators, we do have an excellent training program in place.
