Our Area Managers are the direct link between our corporate office and our facilities and therapists across the nation. As an Area Manager with SYNERTX, you don't have to spend your time on lengthy billing reports, recruiting new employees, or scheduling staff for your facility - SYNERTX takes care of all of this at our corporate office! This allows you to spend your time on what matters most: working with your therapy teams to mentor and train them on the latest clinical methods and optimize your facilities' daily performance! You will likely travel to other facilities 3-6 days per month. You will also enjoy a unique SYNERTX difference - Area Managers still carry a caseload! You typically spend approximately 65% of your time on treatments, with another 10-15 hours per week spent on management duties. This keeps your clinical skills fresh and keeps you close to what started you in this career in the first place - a deep desire to better the lives of your patients.

You would make your base at our client-facility in Sergeant Bluff, just south of Sioux City, with regular travel to other facilities in the multi-state region. This gorgeous location features best-in-class facilities and programs, including private rooms, a full activities calendar, and an in-house aviary! You will join a team of hard-working and caring staff who are truly dedicated to providing individualized care in a home-like setting. This facility also has a large Home Health program, primarily serving Sioux City. Home Health is a uniquely rewarding setting in which you will provide care to patients where they feel the most comfortable.
