The staff and administrator at this facility are committed to returning residents to the highest level of function possible. You will work with a close-knit therapy team as well as dedicated and pro-rehab facility staff. As Lead OT, you will be the primary point of contact for the OT department, working with your Rehab Coordinator to ensure smooth operations. As an Occupational Therapist in this small community, you will have a huge impact, not only on the residents of the facility, but on the entire community! There are so few OTs in the area, you will become an integral part of the health care culture in this small city. We are offering premium wages for this critical position!
