We service a large continuing care retirement community in Litchfield Park, near Luke AFB, and we're hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team! This beautiful campus has a skilled nursing facility where dynamic, sub-acute rehab is provided. About half of the caseload comes from the Orthopedic and Joint Recovery program, and the rest is a combination of neuro rehab and typical SNF diagnoses. Currently the rehab department has cutting-edge equipment, such as an Omni VR (one of only two in the whole state!), e-stim, ultrasound, and excellent exercise equipment. Additionally, the facility is undergoing a remodel to include a state-of-the-art rehab gym and outpatient clinic to be completed in 2013!
