Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant
and Rehab Coordinator in Florence, AL

We will soon service two small, not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities northeast of Florence! Situated amidst acres of greenery and countryside, these sister facilities have a longstanding reputation in the community for providing excellent care and both have 5-Star CMS Ratings. These facilities have light rehab caseloads, and we are hiring a Part-Time PTA and Rehab Coordinator to work between them. You will lead a terrific rehab team and work alongside long-term restorative and nursing staff!

As Rehab Coordinator, you would be the liaison between SYNERTX and the facility, representing the rehab team at facility meetings, managing the Med A RUGs levels using proprietary SYNERTX software, and ensuring the overall performance of the rehab program. SYNERTX is unique in that we have centralized all billing and staffing functions at our corporate office in order to free you up to do what matters most - patient care! While SNF experience is preferred, we have an excellent training program in place.
